Pastoral Care
Faith, Hope, love
Walking With You in Faith, Hope, and Love
We believe that no one should have to face life’s joys, challenges, struggles, or difficult moments alone.
Pastoral Care is our way of accompanying individuals and families with the compassion of Christ. Through prayer, listening, spiritual guidance, and practical support, we seek to help our parish community remain close to God and to one another.
Walking Together Through Life
The Christian journey includes moments of celebration as well as times of difficulty. The parish community is called to walk with one another through both.
Whether you are experiencing a time of joy, illness, loss, uncertainty, or spiritual searching, you are welcome to reach out to our parish. We will listen, pray with you, and help connect you with appropriate pastoral and parish resources.
Sacramental and Spiritual Support
Pastoral care may also include opportunities to receive the spiritual nourishment of the Church through prayer and the sacraments, according to the circumstances and needs of the faithful.
Our pastoral ministry seeks to help parishioners deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, strengthen their faith, and remain connected to the life of the Church.
God's presence in their lives
A Ministry of Compassion and Presence
Pastoral care is more than providing assistance. It is about being present—listening with understanding, offering encouragement, praying with those in need, and helping people recognize God’s presence in their lives.
Our parish seeks to offer pastoral support to people experiencing different circumstances, including
- Sickness & Hospitalization – Prayer and pastoral support for the sick and recovering.
- Grief & Bereavement – Compassionate support for those experiencing loss.
- Family Concerns – Prayer and guidance for families facing challenges.
- Spiritual Struggles – Prayer, listening, and spiritual guidance.
- Elderly & Homebound – Pastoral visits, prayer, and spiritual support.
- Difficult Times – Encouragement and support during challenging moments.
- Prayer Requests – Prayer for individuals, families, and special intentions.
You Are Not Alone
Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is willing to listen can make a difference.
If you or someone in your family needs pastoral support, please contact the parish office. Our pastoral team and parish community are here to accompany you with prayer, compassion, and Christian love.
Let us walk together in faith, trusting in God’s grace and remembering that Christ is always with us.
Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
